DPS – The Delfin production System
DPS – Delfin production standards: our lean manufacturing method
DPS is the system that we use to manage our industrial vacuum cleaner production processes. Based on Lean methodologies, this process ensures smooth management and industrial performance excellence through:
The pillars of DPS
- Visual Management & KPIs: constant monitoring of production flows.
- MRP (Material Requirements Planning): integration between production, logistics, and the market.
- Kanban Process: managing material flow based on pull logic.
- VSM – Value Stream Mapping: analysis and monitoring of the value stream within processes.
- Continuous Improvement: culture based on the PDCA (Plan – Do – Check – Act) concept.
Assembly lines and production capacity for industrial vacuum cleaners
The assembly department is the driving force behind our production of industrial vacuum cleaners and pneumatic conveying systems. The operational capacity is structured to provide flexibly to every request:
Production capacity based on:
- 30 assembly stations and 2 automated lines.
- Dedicated lines: Three-phase models (LTM), Vertical Extractors (LAV), and solutions for the pharmaceutical sector (LPH).
Annual capacity: up to 32,000 assembled units and 36,000 motorheads.
Certified quality: after assembly, every industrial vacuum cleaner undergoes full functional testing through ISO-certified monitoring systems, ensuring maximum performance, safety, and compliance.
Sustainable powder coating in industrial vacuum manufacturing
The automatic powder coating system is designed to deliver high-quality finishing with minimal environmental impact.
Distinctive features
- Closed-loop powder recovery
- High energy efficiency
- Environmental and safety compliance
- Potential capacity > 600,000 pieces per year
Advanced dust recovery
The recovery system allows for near-total reuse, eliminating waste and reducing environmental impact.
A sustainable process that does not compromise on quality and efficiency.
