In 2026, Delfin Academy expanded into a comprehensive program integrating technical, managerial, and sales training through hands-on sessions and e-learning platforms for industrial vacuum technologies.

Delfin Academy was founded with two main goals: to develop internal expertise and share specialized know-how through industrial vacuum training with our global network of partners and distributors.

  • Internal skills development: we support the professional growth of employees through technical, digital, and managerial training (2,485 hours of training delivered in 2025).
  • Empowering partners and distributors: a program tailored to deliver operational excellence, strengthen consulting capabilities, and ensure safety in maintenance and support activities.

The model follows a blended learning approach: customized programs, on-demand digital training, in-person sessions, and assessments for certification and operational qualifications.

The blended model

The program is based on customized training, on-demand digital learning, in-person sessions, and skills assessments for the issuance of certificates and operational qualifications.

Internal training programs

Our training offerings in 2024 and 2025 have included:

  • Innovation: Artificial Intelligence for business processes.
  • Technical tools: Excel (multi-level), Microsoft 365, Project Management, and CAD for engineering projects.
  • Soft skills & foreign languages: Leadership, Negotiation, English, and French for international contexts.

Europe's first hands-on training center for industrial vacuum systems

Opened in 2025, it is currently the only European facility focused entirely on  industrial vacuum training with a hands-on approach.

The program combines theoretical modules with hands-on activities, enabling a comprehensive understanding of industrial vacuum systems and their operating principles.

Digital learning: e-Delfin Academy

Launched in January 2026, E-Delfin Academy offers on-demand access to 28 training modules covering:

  • Fundamentals of industrial vacuum systems and centralized vacuum systems.
  • Solutions for the pharmaceutical industry and ATEX environments.
  • Routine and reactive maintenance procedures for industrial vacuum equipment.

Each module includes evaluation quizzes and is completed with hands-on sessions to award recognized professional qualifications.
