Phase 1: Welcome and Orientation – Company tour with your HR Buddy, meetings with mentors, and an introduction to Delfin's history and values.
Phase 2: Training and Onboarding – Technical training on products and processes with operational support from the department manager.
Phase 3: Feedback and Support – Regular check-ins with Human Resources to monitor the onboarding process and gather feedback on the experience.
Phase 4: Role Consolidation – Final evaluation with the HR Manager to confirm full operational integration within the team.
