Description
The SEP.DC-001 is the preseparators for medium toxic pharmaceutical dust with DC containment system, designed for the safe collection of API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) and dust with OEL between 1 μg/m³ and 10 μg/m³. The double bag containment system ensures that pharmaceutical dust is confined in sealed bags before removal, fully protecting operators from contact with potentially hazardous materials.
The double bag mechanism (inner bag + outer bag) creates a physical barrier that prevents any dust dispersion during emptying and disposal operations. The AISI 316L stainless steel construction with polished internal finish and cGMP design facilitates cleaning and system validation. Compatible with PHARMA Delfin vacuum units.
Ideal for the pharmaceutical industry working with high potency active substances (HPAPI), generic production with high potency active ingredients and any process requiring the safe collection of dust with high biological activity. Compliant with international GMP and cGMP requirements. Available in different volumetric configurations to suit various production needs.
