CV CABIN CENTRAL VACUUM

The CV 22 HV is the fixed high vacuum unit with a 22 kW three-lobe rotary pump, designed for centralized suction systems that require high vacuum values — up to 7500 mmH₂O — to vacuum dense materials or through long piping networks. The airflow of 1100 m³/h, combined with high vacuum, guarantees excellent suction performance even in the most demanding plant configurations.

The soundproof cabin with forced ventilation reduces noise emissions, allowing installation in production environments without disturbing personnel. The double safety cartridge filter (safety filter + secondary filter, 70,000 cm² each) ensures total protection of the high vacuum pump from any particle coming from the upstream preseparators with filter. The ø140 mm flange connection ensures integration with the entire range of Delfin preseparators with filter and hoppers.

The electrical panel (to be ordered separately) with Zelio Schneider PLC and all automation options fully manages the operating cycle. Weight 610 kg, dimensions 114×124×147h cm. Suitable for centralized suction systems in refineries, foundries, and chemical industries handling heavy or dense materials with large distribution networks, where vacuum is the critical parameter for system performance.
