CV CABIN CENTRAL VACUUM

The CV 30 HV is the fixed high vacuum unit 30 kW, designed for centralized vacuum systems that require a vacuum of 7500 mmH₂O combined with an air flow rate of 1300 m³/h. The HV version is the ideal choice for plants with long piping networks or high pressure drops, where it is essential to maintain high vacuum values even at the ends of the distribution network.

The soundproof cabin with forced ventilation and inspection doors ensures a noise level of 80 dB(A) even with the 30 kW (52A) power, allowing installations in production environments without particular acoustic constraints. The double safety filter (70,000 cm² + 70,000 cm²) completely protects the high vacuum pump. The ø140 mm connection flange ensures full compatibility with the entire range of separators and filter hoppers Delfin.

Electrical panel to be ordered separately with Zelio Schneider PLC and complete automation options. Weight 730 kg. Suitable for centralized vacuum systems in refineries, large foundries, and petrochemical industries where the length of the distribution networks requires high vacuum values to ensure effective suction at all points of the network.
