Description
The 452 AIREX INERT is the compressed air industrial vacuum cleaner from the Inert range, designed for the safe collection of reactive and self-igniting metal dust. Equipped with an inert fluid bath neutralization system with neutralization efficiency above 95%, it prevents any risk of ignition during the collection of aluminum, titanium, magnesium dust and other potentially explosive metals.
The compressed air supply via 7-nozzle Venturi unit eliminates any electrical source that could ignite the reactive dust collected. With an air flow rate of 150 m³/h and a maximum vacuum of 3700 mmH2O, it offers reliable and powerful suction. All components in contact with the collected material are designed to operate safely with conductive and reactive dust.
Ideal for light metal processing, foundries, aerospace and chemical industry. Safe maintenance is guaranteed by the quick-release structure and the simplicity of the emptying system. Certification by an accredited third party with test reports available to demonstrate the effectiveness of the neutralization system.
