ZFR EV AP PN 560 K5 PN

The ZEFIRO EV AP 560 PN K5 is an industrial dust collector with a 5 kW side-channel blower and an automatic compressed air filter cleaning system, designed for the continuous filtration of suspended dust in production departments with high dust concentrations. The PN automatic counterflow cleaning system maintains the nominal air flow rate throughout the entire work session without manual interruptions.

With an air flow rate of 3000 m³/h, it can continuously filter the air of medium-sized production environments. The large 50,000 cm² ANT M antistatic filter with automatic pneumatic cleaning ensures high filtration efficiency and exceptional operating time. The robust structure with a 100-liter container facilitates the management of collected dust.

Suitable for dedusting welding, woodworking, composites manufacturing, light chemical industry, and any environment with a high presence of fine suspended dust. Automatic PN cleaning allows for 2 or 3 shift operation without interruptions for filter maintenance. Also available in an ATEX Zone 22 version for classified environments.
