The DG 70 EXP Z22 INERT is the 7 kW industrial vacuum cleaner on wheels ATEX zone 22 certified from the Inert range, the most powerful solution for the safe collection of reactive metal dust in classified explosion risk zones. Designed for high-intensity production applications, it combines the power of the ATEX certified side channel blower with the inert fluid neutralization system to ensure maximum operational safety.

The neutralization system with documented efficiency above 95% neutralizes aluminum, titanium, magnesium dust and other self-igniting metals before their deposit in the container, eliminating any risk of self-combustion. The 7 kW ATEX blower ensures high performance for continuous applications. The H coalescence filter ensures the absence of particles in the expelled air.

ATEX II 3D Ex h tb IIIC Da/Dc certified by an accredited third party. Compliant with UNI EN 17348:2022. Suitable for aluminum foundries with classified zones, production of metal dust for 3D printing, aerospace and military industry.
