AS70-001

The AS 70 is the waste suction unit on wheels for large quantities of chips and cutting liquids in the maintenance of CNC machine tools. Thanks to its high capacity and the power of the 7.5 kW motor, it is designed for continuous suction and efficient recovery of metal chips and machining oil in mechanical workshops, production lines, and high-intensity machining centers.

The integrated separation system collects the chips in the sieve grid basket while the liquids filter into the underlying tank, allowing for the recovery and reuse of cutting oil. The large capacity of the container reduces the frequency of emptying, increasing operational productivity. The robust painted steel construction and large diameter wheels make it easy to move even in heavy industrial environments.
