CV CABIN CENTRAL VACUUM

The CV 30 AF is the fixed high-capacity vacuum unit 30 kW with soundproof cabin, the ideal core for centralized vacuum systems of medium-large capacity in heavy industrial plants. The air flow rate of 1700 m³/h with a vacuum of 5000 mmH₂O allows serving vacuum networks with multiple simultaneous pick-up points over large production areas, ensuring effective removal of dust, granules, and bulk materials in continuous cycles.

The soundproof cabin with forced ventilation and large inspection doors reduces the noise level to 80 dB(A), allowing installation near operating areas. The double safety cartridge filter (70,000 cm² each) ensures total protection of the pump from any particles coming from upstream separators. The ø140 mm flange connection allows direct connection with the entire range of filter hoppers, cyclone separators, and round/square filter hopper Delfin.

The electrical panel (to be ordered separately) with Zelio Schneider PLC includes filter cleaning management, vacuum gauge, hour counter, temperature probes, and all automation options. Weight 710 kg. Suitable for centralized systems in large cement plants, steel mills, biomass power plants, and mineral processing plants that require higher air flow rates than the 22 kW models, with guaranteed 24/7 continuous operation.
