CV CABIN CENTRAL VACUUM

The CV 37 AF is the fixed high-capacity vacuum unit 37 kW, designed for centralized vacuum systems of large capacity that require 2000 m³/h air flow with a vacuum of 5000 mmH₂O. With 64A current draw, it is the reference vacuum unit for the largest industrial plants that need to serve many pick-up points simultaneously, distributed over large production areas.

The soundproof cabin with forced ventilation and inspection doors reduces the sound emissions of the powerful 37 kW pump to just 80 dB(A), ensuring full compliance with noise limits in workplaces. The double safety filter system (70,000 cm² each) ensures total protection of the pump even in the presence of high concentrations of dust. The ø140 mm flange connection is compatible with the entire range of filter separators, hoppers, and Delfin collection systems.

Electrical panel to be ordered separately with Zelio Schneider PLC, vacuum gauge, hour counter, and temperature probes. Weight 750 kg, dimensions 114×124×147h cm. Suitable as a central unit for vacuum systems in large cement plants, coal-fired power plants, large steel mills, and fertilizer production plants where air flow rate is the critical sizing parameter of the centralized system.
