CV CABIN CENTRAL VACUUM

The CV 37 HV is the fixed high vacuum unit 37 kW, ideal for centralized vacuum systems of large capacity that require high vacuum — 7200 mmH₂O — with an air flow rate of 1500 m³/h. The combination of high power and high vacuum makes it suitable for centralized systems with very extensive distribution networks or with heavy and dense materials that require high suction force to be effectively extracted from the source.

The soundproof cabin with forced ventilation keeps the noise level at 80 dB(A) despite the 37 kW power. The double safety filter (70,000 cm² + 70,000 cm²) ensures complete protection of the high vacuum pump, a critical component of the entire system. The ø140 mm connection flange ensures full compatibility with the complete range of filter hoppers, cyclone separators, and Delfin preseparators.

Electrical panel to be ordered separately. Weight 800 kg. Suitable for centralized vacuum systems in large refineries, heavy chemical industries, and steel mills with sandblasting that simultaneously require high air flow and high vacuum to ensure effective suction at all points of the distribution network, even in the most demanding operating conditions.
