CV CABIN CENTRAL VACUUM

The CV 45 HV is the absolute top of the CV Cabin Delfin range: three-lobe pump of 45 kW that reaches the maximum vacuum of 8500 mmH₂O with an air flow rate of 1700 m³/h. It is the most powerful fixed vacuum unit in the range, designed for centralized vacuum systems of large capacity in extremely heavy industrial environments that require the maximum available suction power to handle extremely dense, heavy materials or through very long and complex piping networks.

The soundproof cabin with forced ventilation and inspection doors reduces the noise of the 45 kW pump to 80 dB(A), allowing installations near operating areas. The double safety cartridge filter (70,000 cm² + 70,000 cm²) ensures complete protection of the valuable high vacuum pump, a critical and essential component of the system. 140 mm connection flange compatible with the entire range of Delfin preseparators and hoppers.

Electrical panel with Zelio Schneider PLC and complete automation options, to be ordered separately. Weight 885 kg.
