Description
The 452 AIREX INERT is the compressed air industrial vacuum cleaner from the Inert range, designed for the safe collection of reactive, self-igniting and highly explosive dust such as aluminum, titanium, magnesium and other metals. The inert fluid bath neutralization system eliminates the risk of ignition with efficiency above 95%, certified by test reports from an accredited third party.
Powered by compressed air via Venturi unit, it completely excludes any electrical ignition source. The ATEX certification and inert neutralization system make it the only safe solution for handling highly reactive metal dust in industrial environments. The H coalescence filter guarantees maximum final filtration efficiency.
Suitable for foundries, aerospace industry, light metal processing, metal dust production and any process generating self-igniting dust. The robust painted steel construction with 45-liter container and quick-release system makes maintenance and emptying operations completely safe. Certified by accredited third-party body.
