Description
The 452 AIREX 1/2D is the compressed air industrial vacuum cleaner ATEX certified for zone 20/21, designed to operate safely in the most critical areas with high concentrations of explosive dust. Powered by a powerful 7-nozzle Venturi unit, it does not require electrical power, eliminating any risk of ignition in hazardous areas classified as zone 21 external.
The II 1/2D Ex h tb IIIC marking guarantees full compliance with the ATEX directive even in the most severe operating conditions. The antistatic polyester filter class M with a filtering surface of 20,000 cm² and the integrated cleaning system ensure constant filtration efficiency. The 45-liter painted steel container is equipped with a quick release system for safe emptying.
With a maximum airflow of 150 m³/h and a vacuum of 3700 mmH2O, it guarantees reliable suction for dust, solids and various materials. All accessories and non-metallic parts are tested for spark resistance and static dissipation. The availability of H14 absolute filter as an option allows use to be extended to carcinogenic or highly toxic dust.
