PRESEPARATOR 1000

The Cyclonic Preseparator SEP.DLF-0084 is the high-efficiency mobile cyclonic separator with 1000-liter capacity, ø1200 mm diameter and discharge system with ø400 mm hatch, designed to be positioned upstream of the suction unit in Delfin central vacuum systems. Thanks to the high-efficiency cyclonic principle, it separates the coarser and heavier material from the suction air before it reaches the preseparators with filter and the suction unit, protecting the filters and the pump and significantly reducing the frequency of maintenance interventions.

Cyclonic separation reduces the dust load on filters upstream of the pump by 70-80% for granular and coarse materials, extending the operating life of the filter sleeves and reducing the overall maintenance costs of the system. The mobile container with ø127 mm male spherical connection integrates perfectly with the range of Flexible Hoses and Connections by Delfin. The discharge system with ø400 hatch on the bottom allows for quick and safe emptying without dismantling the unit.

Capacity 1000 liters, dimensions 140×130×291h cm, weight 360 kg. Available with optional rotary level sensor and with oversized D700 cyclone for abrasive materials. Suitable as a first stage of separation in centralized systems for cement plants, foundries and industries handling heavy granular materials, metal chips, abrasive materials and any coarse material that benefits from preseparation before the filters.
