Description
The 452 AIREX 1/3D is the industrial vacuum cleaner with compressed air, ATEX zone 22 certified for dust and solids, combining ATEX safety with the practicality of pneumatic supply. Ideal for areas where electrical power is not available or its use is prohibited in the presence of explosive dust atmospheres, it offers a reliable solution compliant with ATEX EN 17348.
Equipped with a 7-nozzle Venturi unit, maintenance-free, it generates a maximum vacuum of 3700 mmH2O with a flow rate of 150 m³/h. The antistatic polyester filter class M with large filtering surface of 20,000 cm² and the integrated cleaning system maintain operational efficiency throughout the entire working day. The II 1/3D Ex h tb IIIC Dc marking certifies compliance for zone 22 external and zone 20 internal.
All kit accessories, flexible hoses and non-metallic parts are tested for spark resistance and static-dissipative properties. Available with AISI 304 stainless steel container and H14 absolute filter as an option for applications requiring higher class filtration. Compliant with EN IEC 62784:2018.
