Description

The DG EXP PN is the DG 50 EXP industrial vacuum cleaner on wheels with pneumatic start system, designed for applications that require remote control of the vacuum cleaner via compressed air. Ideal for plants where the electrical panel must be positioned in safe zones separated from the operational area, the pneumatic local start system eliminates the need for electrical wiring in the work area.

The powerful 5 kW side channel blower ensures high performance in terms of vacuum (4000 mmH2O max) and airflow for the suction of dust, solids and liquids in continuous applications. The large surface antistatic filter with integrated Selfclean system ensures high operational autonomy. The large container with quick-release system and forklift intakes facilitates logistics operations.

Available in standard version and in ATEX zone 22 version for classified environments. Ideal for manufacturing companies with production departments where centralized vacuum management requires remote controls. The PN version simplifies installation on production lines where compressed air is already available.
