Description

The DG EXP PN is the DG 70 EXP industrial vacuum cleaner on wheels with pneumatic control, the reference solution for industrial plants that require remote vacuum management via compressed air. The PN system with local pneumatic start allows the suction unit to be controlled directly from the operational area, without the need to intervene on the electrical cabinet, maximizing installation flexibility.

The powerful 7 kW side channel blower develops high vacuum and airflow values, ideal for continuous applications with large volumes of dusty, solid or liquid material. The filtration system with large surface antistatic filter and automatic selfclean cleaning ensures high operational autonomy. The container with forklift intakes facilitates frequent emptying operations.

Ideal for heavy mechanical industry, foundries, chemical and manufacturing industries with high production intensity. Available in ATEX zone 22 version for use in classified environments. The PN version significantly simplifies integration on automated production lines where compressed air is always available.
