DHV HOPPER

The DHV 30 kW AIRFLOW HOPPER is the version with a 1000-liter conical hopper of the DHV Delfin 30 kW mobile industrial vacuum cleaner, designed for high-intensity production plants that require continuous discharge of collected material directly into big-bags or conveying systems. The air flow rate of 1700 m³/h and vacuum of 5000 mmH₂O ensure high-level suction performance for dust, granules, and bulk materials in large quantities.

The 1000-liter conical hopper with manual butterfly valve ø250 mm and inspection door, mounted on a structure with optional telescopic frame for discharge into big-bags h 1000/1500 mm, allows for simple, safe, and uninterrupted material discharge. The alternating automatic backwash cleaning system with 30 ANT M PTFE sleeves totaling 180,000 cm² ensures continuous operation even in environments with a high concentration of dust.

The electrical panel with Zelio Schneider PLC, rotary level probe, pressure differential switch for filter status control, hour counter, temperature probes, and remote control allows automated management of the entire production cycle.
