Description
The DM2 EL 1/3D is the single-phase Industrial Vacuum Cleaner ATEX zone 22 certified for combustible dust, the reference solution for the safe collection of combustible and conductive dust in areas with intermittent presence of explosive dust atmospheres. The Ex tb Dust Tight IP64 head certified by a third party and the 3.45 kW single-phase motor ensure high performance with maximum operational safety.
The integrated Dustop filter cleaning system maintains constant performance throughout the entire suction cycle, preventing premature clogging even with fine dust. The antistatic polyester filter class M of 30,000 cm² ensures superior filtration efficiency with low air load on filter. The 60-liter AISI 304 stainless steel tank ensures hygiene and corrosion resistance.
ATEX marking II 1/3D Ex h tb IIIC T80°C/T95°C Da/Dc, IECEX Certified. Compliant with UNI EN 17348:2022 and EN IEC 62784:2018. Ideal for the chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics and rubber production, textile industry and any sector where combustible dust is handled in zone 22. The LP version with Endless Bag is available for even safer collection.
