Description

The DM 40 OIL is a single-phase industrial vacuum cleaner designed for separating and recovering oil and shavings, oils and emulsions, even those mixed with dust or mud, from CNC machine tools. The 3.45 kW single-phase bypass motor, with a 230 V power supply and a frequency of 50 Hz, is combined with an 80 mm suction nozzle. The filtration system includes a 500 mm diameter water- and oil-repellent primary filter and a mesh basket that separates the sucked-in shavings from the liquid, which, once filtered, falls into the 100-liter container below.

A drain valve makes it easy to drain and refill the oil, while metal shavings can be easily removed. An electric float completes the safety features for liquid suction. Measuring 65 x 72 x 118 cm (25.6 x 28.6 x 46.5 inches) and weighing 65 kg, the DM 40 OIL can be used in a variety of industrial environments; it is also available with a 115 V power supply.
