DM AIREX 25V 1/2D - 2/2G

The DM AIREX 1/2D in the 25V version is the high-performance pneumatic industrial vacuum cleaner certified for ATEX zone 20/21, equipped with a Multi Venturi unit with 25 nozzles for exceptional air flow rates. With a maximum air flow of 590 m³/h and a vacuum of 5000 mmH2O, it is the benchmark for pneumatic suction in dust explosion risk zones with the strictest classifications.

The double certification for zone 20/21 (dust) and for gaseous atmospheres makes it suitable even for the most critical contexts with the simultaneous presence of different explosive agents. The large antistatic filter class M of 30,000 cm² with manual cleaning system guarantees prolonged operating autonomy. The robust steel structure with 100-liter container is designed to withstand the mechanical stresses of the most intensive industrial environments.

Complete ATEX certification II 1/2D and 2/2G, certified by IMQ or equivalent third-party body. Suitable for petrochemical, refineries, explosives industry and any sector with classified external zone 21 in the presence of gas and flammable dust. The version with stainless steel tank and H14 filter is available for pharmaceutical and food applications in ATEX zones.
