Overview

Description

The 802 OIL is the single-phase industrial liquid vacuum cleaner for collecting and recovering oil and chips during the maintenance of CNC machine tools and machining centers. The integrated sieve grid basket effectively separates metal chips from the coolant, allowing separate recovery of the two materials: liquids can be returned to the machine while the chips are disposed of separately.

With a power of 2.3 kW and an air flow rate of 360 m³/h, it offers powerful suction for quick cleaning of machine tools and their liquid collection bins. The capacity of 50 liters for liquids and 30 liters for solids allows for prolonged operations without frequent emptying. The mechanical floating device automatically stops suction when the container is full, preventing damage to the motor.

The dedicated accessory kit for oil and chips TA.0188.0000 ensures a complete set to start working immediately. Available with stainless steel tank AISI 304 for maximum hygiene and corrosion resistance. Ideal for mechanical workshops, turning and milling centers, CNC machining departments, and industrial maintenance centers.
