Description
The construction, designed to provide maximum dust filtration and total safety for operators, fully complies with GMP guidelines and all maintenance operations are carried out using systems that guarantee maximum safety.
An antistatic polyester pocket filter ensures a large filtration surface and high resistance to the passage of dust. The filter is cleaned by means of an integrated mechanical cleaning system. The primary filter kit is easily removable and replaceable without using additional tools on site, without the need to go to a technical room.
It is possible to install several levels of absolute HEPA filtration capable of filtering dust down to 0.18 microns with 99.995% efficiency (up to 2 in suction and one in air outlet) and Bibo (BagIn-BagOut) system, which allows the absolute filter to be replaced without coming into contact with the collected dust.
The container is made of AISI304 stainless steel, satin-finished on the outside and polished on the inside to facilitate material flow and simplify cleaning operations. Disposable filter bags can be used to collect and dispose of the material safely.
Different motor options, 3kW and 4kW, with vacuum limiter valve equipped for motor protection, are available to adapt the unit to various uses in the pharmaceutical production process.
The unit is built entirely in painted steel, except for the container. On request, other parts of the vacuum cleaner can be made of AISI304 stainless steel with polishing of the parts in contact with the collected material.
The unit is available with certification for Atex 22 zones.
