TC 220 IF

The TC220 IF is the three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner with flow reversal for the maintenance of CNC machine tools, designed for efficient separation and recovery of oil and chips from medium-large capacity mechanical processing centers. The flow reversal discharge system allows emptying the 220 liters of collected liquid without the need for external pumps, simply by reversing the rotation direction of the main motor.

With an air flow rate of 318 m³/h and a vacuum of 3000 mmH2O, it ensures powerful suction for quick cleaning of CNC machines, chip conveyors, and liquid collection tanks. The 3D Superweb filter with hydro-oil repellent system effectively separates oil mists from the suctioned air, while the sieve grid basket collects the metal chips. The 220-liter capacity for liquids and 40 liters for solids reduces the frequency of emptying.

IP65 protection ensures resistance to liquid splashes in intensive production environments. Ideal for medium-capacity turning and milling centers, medium-sized mechanical workshops, and CNC production lines with high liquid generation volumes. Also available in the TC220 MPI version with submersible pump for elevated or remote discharges.
