TC 220 TP

The TC220 IF Three-Phase with Pump is the version of the TECNOIL 220 with integrated three-phase submersible pump (3 kW), designed for continuous recovery of oil and chips from medium-large capacity CNC machine tools. The independent submersible pump with a flow rate of 200 l/min and a head of 6.89 m allows continuous reintroduction of the recovered coolant directly into the machine tool cycle, maximizing recovery and minimizing disposal costs.

The large 220-liter container for liquids and 40 liters for solids, combined with the 3D Superweb system and the hydro-oil repellent filter, ensures efficient separation between liquids and solids. With a flow rate of 318 m³/h and a vacuum of 3000 mmH2O, it ensures powerful suction for the most intensive operations. IP65 protection ensures resistance to splashes in heavy-duty production environments.

Ideal for CNC machining centers with high chip and liquid production, medium-sized mechanical workshops, and serial production plants. The recovery of coolant liquid with the integrated pump ensures a quick return on investment thanks to the reduction in purchase and disposal costs of cutting liquid.
