MTL 20.18

The MTL 20.18 industrial vacuum cleaner is a compact, quiet and flexible unit designed for small general cleaning operations and on-board machine cleaning within the pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
Built in full compliance with GMP standards, it is an ideal vacuum cleaner for fine dust extraction thanks to the antistatic polyester pocket filter, which guarantees a large filtration surface and high resistance to dust passage. The filter is cleaned thanks to an integrated ergonomic manual cleaning system.
It is possible to install a HEPA filter capable of filtering dust down to 0.18 microns with 99.995% efficiency to ensure the purity of the air returned to the work environment.
The container with a capacity of up to 22 liters is easily emptied thanks to the detachable system. Optionally available in AISI304 stainless steel polished internally to facilitate material flow and simplify cleaning operations. It is possible to use disposable filter bags to collect and dispose of material in total safety.
A powerful side channel turbine with vacuum relief valve ensures continuous use without the need for maintenance.
The unit is built entirely in painted steel and is also available with certification for ATEX 22 zones.
