Description
The ZEFIRO 75 Z22 is the three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner with ATEX zone 22 certified side channel blower, the classified zone version of the popular ZEFIRO 75. Ideal for continuous and intensive applications in environments with intermittent presence of explosive dust atmospheres, it combines the high power of the ATEX certified side channel blower with the robust construction of the ZEFIRO series.
The 7.5 kW ATEX blower guarantees high vacuum and airflow performance for suction of dust, granules and solids in continuous use. The large surface antistatic filter with self-cleaning system ensures high operational autonomy in classified zones. The robust trolley structure with fork lift intakes included makes handling easy even in intensive production environments.
ATEX II 3D Ex h tb IIIC Dc certified for zone 22, compliant with UNI EN 17348:2022. Suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, composite material production and any industrial sector with ATEX 22 classified zones requiring a high-power three-phase vacuum cleaner for continuous use. The pneumatic automatic filter cleaning system is available as an option.
