Description
The DG 50 EXP Z22 INERT is the industrial vacuum cleaner on wheels ATEX zone 22 certified from the Inert range, designed for the safe collection of reactive and self-igniting metal dust in dust explosion risk zones. The combination of ATEX certification with the inert fluid neutralization system represents the most complete solution available for those handling reactive metal dust in classified zone 22 environments.
The inert neutralization system with efficiency above 95%, certified by an accredited third party, eliminates the risk of ignition even in the most critical situation: the collection of self-igniting dust in classified zones. The powerful 5 kW ATEX certified side channel blower ensures reliable and powerful suction. The H coalescence filter ensures maximum purity of the expelled air.
Suitable for light alloy foundries with classified zones, aerospace industry, processing of aluminum, titanium and magnesium in classified environments. Certified by an accredited third party according to ATEX 2014/34/EU directive and UNI EN 17348:2022.
