INDUSTRIAL VACUUM CLEANER WITH ATEX CERTIFICATION AND ACD

The ATEX MTL 200 BP and BL industrial vacuum cleaner, in ACD version and with ATEX double certification for internal zone 20 and external zone 22/21, has been designed to vacuum combustible dust in total safety both in working environments with explosive atmospheres and in areas not classified where ATEX certification is not required.
For ATEX certified models, our technical team has developed an innovative single-phase Brushless or Bypass head, protected by the Ex tb certified safety enclosure that prevents the entry of combustible dust preventing explosion risks.
The container is made of stainless steel AISI304 with a capacity of 40 liters. The antistatic polyester filter M and the absolute filter HEPA are standard for maximum filtration efficiency up to 99.995% of particles with 0.18 μm.

The risks of explosion are also present in working environments that are not classified as explosive atmospheres where operators treat combustible dust on a daily basis.
With two 2.3 Kw bypass motors, the compact MTL 202 ACD is the ideal solution for cleaning and maintenance, focusing on worker safety.
The integrated Dustop filter cleaning system ensures the maintenance of high filtration performance, essential for the protection of the engine and the prevention of potential explosion hazards. The release container can be replaced by a disposable bag in the Endless Bag version for safe and efficient collection of the aspirated material.

The MTL 201 model with ATEX double certification for internal zone 20 and external zone 22 has been specifically designed to ensure the safe vacuuming of combustible dust in working environments at medium explosion risk.
In particular, the ATEX certification for internal zone 20 ensures the prevention of the high risk of explosion due to the accumulation inside the vacuum cleaner of the vacuumed combustible material.
The single-phase bypass motor that makes it suitable for non-continuous applications and for less than 3 hours a day, is protected by the Ex tb certified safety enclosure.
