COMPACT SINGLE-PHASE INDUSTRIAL VACUUM CLEANER FOR ATEX ZONES 20, 21, 22 AND ACD

Compact, easy to handle and extremely versatile.
The new ATEX-certified vacuum cleaner model 300, available in the ACD version and with double ATEX certification, has been studied to vacuum in total safety combustible powders both in the ATEX zones and in the areas not classified at risk of explosion. 
The new Brushless or Bypass single-phase head for ATEX-certified models is protected by the innovative Ex tb certified safety enclosure specifically designed to prevent the entry of combustible dust and prevent explosion risks. The stainless steel container AISI304,  the antistatic polyester filter M and the absolute filter HEPA are standard to ensure the vacuuming operation in total safety. The option of using class M filter bags adds an additional level of protection for the operator and ease of recovered dust disposal.

    The new MTL 302 ACD is ideal for the vacuuming of combustible dust in non-ATEX classified zones.The head is equipped with two single-phase bypass motors that guarantee high vacuuminf performance for non-continuous applications. The integrated AISI304 stainless steel container and the M antistatic polyester filter as standard guarantee a safe vacuuming operation. Class M antistatic disposable bags are also available for safe dust collection and disposal.

    Vacuuming combustible dust in medium explosion risk areas can become a simple maintenance task when choosing the MTL 301 1/3D compact vacuum cleaner. Zone 20 internal and zone 22 external certified, the MTL 301 1/3D vacuum cleaner ensures total safety during cleaning and maintenance.
    The two filtration stages with an antistatic class M primary filter and a HEPA absolute filter ensure up to 99.995% filtration of the vacuumed particles. 

    Equipped with a bypass motor for non-continuous applications, the innovative Delfin head is equipped with a safety enclosure that protects the engine and prevents explosion risks.
