PHARMA 20.18

The Pharma 20.18 industrial vacuum cleaner is a compact, quiet, and flexible unit from the Delfin range of industrial vacuum cleaners for dust.
Designed for general cleaning and on-board suction within the pharmaceutical industry. Built in full compliance with GMP guidelines, it is an ideal vacuum cleaner for fine dust suction thanks to the antistatic polyester pocket filter, which ensures a large filtration surface and high resistance to the passage of dust. The filter is cleaned thanks to an integrated ergonomic manual cleaning system.

It is possible to install a HEPA filter capable of filtering dust down to 0.18 microns with 99.995% efficiency to ensure the purity of the air returned to the work environment.

The container is made of AISI304 stainless steel, satin-finished on the outside and polished on the inside to facilitate material flow and simplify cleaning operations. Suction is ensured by a powerful side channel turbine with a vacuum limiter valve equipped to protect the motor. Disposable filter bags can be used to collect and dispose of the material in total safety.
The unit is built entirely in painted steel, except for the container. On request, other parts of the vacuum cleaner can be made of AISI304 stainless steel with polishing of the parts in contact with the collected material.
The unit is available with certification for Atex 22 zones.
