Description
The 802 WD AIREX 1/3D is the industrial wet vacuum with compressed air, ATEX zone 22 certified, designed for the safe collection of liquids and dust in classified environments with intermittent presence of explosive dust atmospheres. The combination of pneumatic supply and ATEX certification makes it the ideal solution for production departments where electrical power is not available or allowed.
The dual filtration system integrates a nylon and polyester class L filter for dust and a polypropylene filter for liquids, ensuring effective separation and filtration of collected materials. The 80-liter container with integrated filter cleaning system and automatic discharge option allows continuous, uninterrupted operation. The ATEX II 1/3D Ex h tb IIIC Dc marking certifies full regulatory compliance.
With air flow from 150 to 300 m³/h depending on Venturi configuration, it is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications in risk zones. Available in stainless steel version for food and pharmaceutical industries. All accessories and non-metallic parts are tested for spark resistance and antistatic dissipative properties.
