Overview

Description

The DG EXP PN is the industrial vacuum cleaner on trolley with pneumatic start, designed for applications in environments where the management of the electrical panel must take place in safe areas away from the work area. The pneumatic control system allows the vacuum cleaner to be operated via compressed air, eliminating the need for electrical wiring in the areas of use and simplifying installations in complex environments.

The powerful side channel blower ensures high performance in terms of vacuum and air flow, making it suitable for dust, solids and liquids extraction in continuous applications. The large surface antistatic filter with Selfclean system guarantees long operational autonomy. The sturdy trolley structure with fork lift intakes included makes handling easier even with the container full.

Available in DG 30 EXP PN and DG 50 EXP PN variants to suit different power and flow requirements. Ideal for industrial plants, automated production lines and applications where high suction performance with pneumatic remote control is required. ATEX certified available in Z22 and Z21 versions for use in areas at risk of dust explosion.
