Description

The DG 50 EXP SE is the industrial vacuum cleaner on trolley with a 5 kW single-stage side channel blower, designed for medium-high intensity industrial applications requiring operational continuity and reliability. The single-stage configuration optimizes the balance between performance and consumption, making it suitable for prolonged extraction cycles in mechanical workshops and production departments.

With a maximum vacuum of 4000 mmH2O and an air flow rate up to 560 m³/h, it guarantees powerful and effective extraction for dust, granules, solids and mixed materials. The large surface antistatic polyester filter with integrated selfclean cleaning system keeps performance constant over time, minimizing machine downtime for maintenance. The large painted steel container is equipped with a quick-release system for fast emptying.

The sturdy trolley structure with fork lift intakes included makes handling easier in industrial environments. Available with integrated electrical panel and various configuration options. Compatible with centralized extraction systems for fixed installations on production lines.
