Description
The DM2 INERT Z22 is the industrial vacuum cleaner from the Inert range, ATEX zone 22 certified, specifically designed for the safe collection of reactive metal dust in classified environments. The inert fluid bath neutralization system, tested by a third-party body with efficiency above 95%, ensures that aluminum, titanium, magnesium, and other self-igniting metal dust are immediately neutralized at the moment of suction, before depositing in the container.
The ATEX certification for zone 22 with internal protection for zone 20 (marking II 1/3D) ensures compliance with the latest regulations, including UNI EN 17348:2022. The integrated H coalescence filter guarantees maximum purity of the air expelled into the environment. The robust steel structure with detachable container facilitates emptying and maintenance operations in complete safety.
