DM AIREX 25V 1/3D

The DM AIREX 1/3D is the high-capacity compressed air industrial vacuum cleaner, ATEX zone 22 certified for dust, designed for the suction of large quantities of dust, solids and mixed materials in classified environments where electrical power supply is not available or allowed. The powerful Multi Venturi unit with 19 nozzles ensures exceptional performance with optimized compressed air consumption.

With a maximum airflow of 465 m³/h and a vacuum of 5000 mmH2O, it offers performance superior to most pneumatic vacuum cleaners available on the market. The antistatic polyester filter class M with a filtering surface of 30,000 cm² and the integrated manual cleaning system ensure constant filtration efficiency. The 100-liter painted steel container with quick release system makes emptying operations easier.

The ATEX II 1/3D Ex h tb IIIC Dc marking certifies compliance for zone 22. All components and accessories are tested for spark resistance and static dissipation. Also available in the 25-nozzle version (DM AIREX HD 25V) for even higher flow rates. Compliant with EN IEC 62784:2018. Ideal for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries and any sector with ATEX 22 zones.
