Description
The MTL 201 1/2D is the single-phase industrial vacuum cleaner ATEX certified for internal zone 20 and external zone 21, the compact and reliable solution for the safe collection of combustible dust in areas with the highest explosion risk. The single-phase head designed, tested, and certified for external zone 21 represents the safest solution available on the market for portable vacuum cleaners in environments with frequent presence of explosive dust atmospheres.
The ATEX II 1/2D Ex h tb IIIC T80°C/T95°C Da/Db marking certifies full regulatory compliance. The cartridge filter with antistatic polyester class M of 30,000 cm² and the Dustop cleaning system ensure consistent performance. The 20-liter AISI 304 stainless steel tank with Dustop system and steel filter holder ensures sturdiness and easy maintenance even in classified zones.
IECEX Certified, compliant with UNI EN 17348:2022. Ideal for heavy chemical industry, petrochemical, explosives production, and any industrial environment classified as zone 21. The compact size makes it particularly suitable for mobile use and for environments with limited space in classified zones.
