The MTL 451 1/2D INERT is the compact single-phase industrial vacuum cleaner from the Inert range, ATEX certified for zone 20/21 and equipped with an inert fluid neutralization system for the safe collection of reactive metal dust in classified zones. The combination of ATEX 1/2D certification with inert neutralization technology makes it the only certified solution for managing self-igniting metal dust in zones with frequent explosive atmospheres.

The neutralization system with efficiency above 95%, documented by accredited third-party tests, neutralizes aluminum, titanium, and other reactive metal dust before their deposit in the container. The 1.1 kW ATEX head with certification for external zone 21 guarantees maximum safety in critical operating conditions. The H coalescence filter ensures the purity of the expelled air.

Suitable for light metal foundries with classified zone 21, titanium and magnesium processing in critical environments, production of metal dust for industrial and aerospace uses.
