Description
The MTL 452 ACD INERT is the single-phase industrial vacuum cleaner from the Inert range with ACD certification for conductive dust, the safe solution for collecting reactive metal dust in non-ATEX classified environments. Suitable for areas not classified as ATEX but where combustible conductive dust is handled, it offers a higher level of safety compared to standard vacuum cleaners thanks to the integrated inert neutralization system.
The inert fluid neutralization system with efficiency above 95% effectively neutralizes self-igniting dust of aluminum, magnesium, and other reactive metals, eliminating any risk of self-combustion or ignition. The ACD certification in compliance with IEC 60335-2-69 guarantees protection for internal zone 20. The 45-liter stainless steel tank facilitates maintenance operations.
