Description

The Tecnoil TC100 MPI oil and chip extractor is a powerful single-phase vacuum cleaner equipped with three brushless single-phase motors, specifically designed for the mechanical engineering industry and the maintenance of machine tools and CNC machines. It allows for simultaneous extraction, filtering, and discharge of emulsifying liquid, separating metal chips and allowing the extracted liquid to be reused, resulting in significant cost savings and reduced machinery maintenance time.

The Tecnoil 100 MPI has a 100-liter liquid capacity; inside the container is a mesh basket and a 300-micron PPL filter capable of retaining all the finest processing waste (up to 40 liters of shavings). A submersible pump allows the filtered liquid to be reintroduced even during suction.
