802BL Z22 INERT
INDUSTRIAL VACUUM CLEANER FOR THE COLLECTION OF EXPLOSIVE DUSTS

The vacuum cleaner 802BL INERT is designed for the safe extraction of explosive and dangerous dust, such as gunpowder. 
The tank is equipped with a dust inerting system that neutralizes the dust by dipping it in a water bath as soon as it is vacuumed in.  Inside the container, an innovative minimum level control system allows the vacuum to be turned on, only in the presence of liquid, ensuring maximum safety during use.
The container, made entirely of stainless steel, is equipped with a polypropylene filter that separates the vacuumed dust from the liquid inside. The filtered inert liquid can then be easily emptied using the immersion pump on the back of the vacuum cleaner. 
The powerful brushless motor ensures continuous, maintenance-free operation and it is protected by a hydro-oleophobic cartridge filter. 

The 802 BL INERT vacuum cleaner is ATEX Z22, IIIB certified, and comes complete with a grounding and antistatic accessory kit: a complete and safe system that can guarantee efficient maintenance and total safety in all areas where dangerous and explosive dust is involved.
