Description
The PHARMA 40 DC SEPARATOR is the integrated solution for the containment and safe collection of medium and highly toxic pharmaceutical dust, designed to meet the strictest requirements of the pharmaceutical sector regarding operator protection and dust containment. The system combines the PHARMA 40 suction unit with the DC preseparators to ensure maximum containment efficiency even with the most hazardous dust.
The preseparators with DC (Dust Containment) system collects dust in sealed bags that can be removed without any contact with the material, ensuring extremely high OEL (Occupational Exposure Limit) protection. The double-stage filtration with H14 HEPA filter ensures the total absence of pharmaceutical particles in the expelled air. The AISI 316L stainless steel construction with polished internal finish meets GMP requirements.
Suitable for the preparation of high potency drugs (HPAPI), API, handling of cytotoxic dust and any pharmaceutical process requiring the containment of highly toxic dust. Compliant with GMP, cGMP regulations and international pharmaceutical industry requirements. Available with IQ/OQ/PQ validation for integration into certified quality systems.
