Description
The SEP.DC-002 is the preseparators for pharmaceutical dust with DC containment system for highly toxic and cytotoxic substances, designed for maximum operator protection during the collection of API with OEL below 1 μg/m³. The high-efficiency double bag system with sealing mechanism ensures zero cross-contamination and zero operator exposure, meeting the strictest requirements of pharmaceutical production.
The premium AISI 316L stainless steel construction with internal mirror finish and GMP design allows full system validation according to IQ/OQ/PQ protocols. The bag release system without contact with dust is a fundamental requirement for handling high potency active ingredients. Compatible with PHARMA Delfin units for the creation of complete contained suction systems.
Suitable for the production of oncological, antiviral and hormonal drugs, R&D with HPAPI, biotech industry and any application requiring maximum containment during the collection of highly hazardous pharmaceutical dust. Compliant with cGMP, EMA guidelines and ICH Q3D. System can be validated with OEB 4 and OEB 5 containment tests.
