COMPACT 30kW TANK

The COMPACT 30 kW AIRFLOW TANK is the high-power compact vacuum unit with 30 kW three-lobe rotary pump, designed to meet the most demanding suction needs of heavy industry with high airflow rates. The AIRFLOW configuration delivers a maximum airflow of 1700 m³/h with a vacuum of 5000 mmH₂O, making it suitable for handling large volumes of dust, granules, and bulk materials in large-capacity production plants.

The power increase compared to the 22 kW model (draws 52A) results in 31% higher airflow, allowing service to larger production areas or multiple suction points simultaneously. The primary ANT M PTFE pocket filter of 120,000 cm² with automatic mechanical cleaning by pneumatic piston ensures constant filtration efficiency. The 40,000 cm² cartridge safety filter protects the pump from the finest particles.

The 1000-liter removable container with bottom discharge and forklift fork slots, combined with the on-board compressor for filter cleaning and lifting, ensures continuous operation with minimal machine downtime. Dimensions 196×163×272h cm, weight 1900 kg. Suitable for cement plants, coal and biomass power plants, foundries, steelworks, and construction industries requiring high airflow rates to handle large quantities of dusty material.
