COMPACT 22 kW TANK

The COMPACT 22 kW AIRFLOW TANK is the compact high-performance industrial vacuum cleaner with a 22 kW three-lobe rotary pump, designed for heavy industry requiring high air flows in confined spaces. The AIRFLOW configuration guarantees a maximum air flow of 1300 m³/h with a vacuum of 5000 mmH₂O, ideal for vacuuming large volumes of light dust, granules and bulk materials in continuous applications.

The heart of the machine is the self-cooling lobe pump, which generates higher suction power than traditional side channel blowers, ensuring reliability and long life even in the most intensive work cycles. The primary Pocket filter in polyester ANT M PTFE coated, 120,000 cm², and the safety Cartridge filter 40,000 cm² ensure effective two-stage filtration down to 1 micron, with automatic cleaning system at motor stop. The onboard compressor manages both the filter cleaning and the lifting of the container.

The 1000-liter removable container, forkable with forklift, simplifies emptying operations even in environments with limited space. The IP55 electrical protection ensures operation in dusty and humid industrial environments. Suitable for cement factories, foundries, steel mills, coal and biomass power plants, refineries, glassworks and shipyards. Can be moved with forklift even when the container is full.
