COMPACT 37 kW HOPPER

The COMPACT 37 kW AIRFLOW HOPPER is the 1000-liter hopper version of the highest-power COMPACT vacuum unit, with a 37 kW lobe pump that guarantees the highest airflow in the range — 2000 m³/h — combined with the convenience of direct discharge via manual butterfly valve ø250 mm. Designed for large-scale industrial plants requiring both high suction capacity and frequent discharge of collected material.

The HOPPER configuration with conical hopper is optimal for cement plants, extractive industries, and large steelworks where discharge into big-bags or conveying systems occurs frequently. The 200 mm discharge height from the ground and the integrated inspection hatch facilitate maintenance and inspection operations. The ANT M PTFE filter of 120,000 cm² with automatic mechanical pneumatic cleaning and the safety filter of 40,000 cm² ensure effective two-stage filtration.

The optional telescopic frame allows optimal positioning for discharge into big-bags. Weight of 2050 kg, dimensions 202×167×359/435h cm. The on-board compressor powers the automatic filter cleaning system.
