COMPACT 22 kW HOPPER

The COMPACT 22 kW HIGH VACUUM HOPPER is the high vacuum hopper version of the Delfin 22 kW compact vacuum unit, the optimal solution for industrial applications requiring both high vacuum and easy discharge of collected material. It reaches a maximum vacuum of 7500 mmH₂O with an airflow of 1100 m³/h, combining the suction power of high vacuum with the practicality of the 1000-liter conical hopper for direct discharge into big-bags or containers.

The 22 kW self-cooling lobe pump ensures consistent performance and superior reliability in continuous work cycles. The conical hopper with manual butterfly valve ø250 mm and inspection hatch allows fast and controlled discharges, ideal for dense or heavy materials that benefit from high vacuum to be effectively extracted from the source. The ANT M PTFE double filtration system of 120,000 cm² maintains filtration efficiency throughout the entire operating session.

The optional telescopic frame facilitates positioning for discharge into big-bags at different heights. Compact structure (202×163×359/435h cm) and mobile with forklift, with integrated on-board compressor for automatic filter cleaning. Suitable for steelworks, foundries, refineries, and plants handling heavy and abrasive materials with frequent discharge into collection areas.
